Appart hôtel Le Saint-Anselme

Instructions were very clear for check-in, check-out and parking. The bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable. We had a great stay! The building is not very soundproof. You might hear some noise from the street outside at night.

Clean and bright apartment, well located near lots of great restaurants and bars (try Le 101 in the same building!), and a short trip into Old Quebec City. Parking is just a couple of minutes walk away. Best of all, the owners are very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

It’s a wonderful modernly appointed apartment inside, with all the utensils and mod cons one could need. However, the thin windows mean noise from the street outside comes through, and there is also no lift in the building, which means carrying any heavy luggage to and from your apartment is a struggle

Came for the winter carnival, great apartment very nice aesthetic, plenty of room, very useful appliances, and amazing location in the city, owner is very nice and accommodating, highly recommended

Excellent! ...Well located apartment, well equipped and pleasant atmosphere. The street where it is located has all the services for breakfast, dinner or wine. It is approx. 30 min walking distance up to the beautiful Old Quebec. On the other hand, at night the street is noisy because of the bars in the area.

Extremely good value, especially compared to hotel rooms in the same price range. The place is renovated and has had a lot of care and thought put into it. It has a full kitchen, and the owner even leaves 4 capsules to use for the Nespresso machine. The only caveat is that while the place is well located overall, there are bars around and so it's not a quiet street during the night.

My boyfriend and I booked 3 nights here for our anniversary trip, because of the low price we were not expecting much, but it exceeded all of our expectations! The host was super accommodating and let us check in early, the apartment was very clean and modern, with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The location seems a little bit grungy at first but if you walk around it is a prime spot! The pizza place across the street was the best pizza i've ever had and 10/10 recommend, and the front of the building is located on a street with so many great places to eat. The host also provides a parking pass for $14 a day in a lot that is only about a 3 minute walk which was very helpful. The wifi was also super fast and we had a washer and dryer in the unit. I was a bit weary as I read complaints about it being loud, we did not find it loud at all. Overall, we had a fabulous time and I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a great stay for a reasonable price.

Everything has been done to make our stay perfect. Apartment amenities, decor, and thoughtful touches. Our host was able to guide us in the different activities to do nearby. We will keep a very good memory of our stay. I highly recommend!
